CORRECTIONS The Dogtra Arc e-collar has two different correction types. The first correction type is a Nick (quick ½-second) and the second type is a Constant correction (up to 12 seconds). I have been using cheap e-collars for 4 years and decided to go to a better quality collar since I now have aBelgian Malinois. The only issue is the vibration could be a bit stronger, however, my dog responds to the vibration as a recall practice. If she is excited she sometimes ignores the vibration and I have to go to correction to get her attention. I do not have to go past 6-8 for standard training, but for correction I go to 12 or 15 and it gets her attention very quickly. The product is very easy to set up. Be sure to cut off any excess collar as some dogs may chew it up.
