Clearly not user friendly for 90 year old dementia patient. There is no way to turn off the constant reminders (snooze) and the directions both booklet and online are not helpful. Patient had difficulty pressing down on clock to turn off. Voice command never works. Be aware before purchasing because they make you pay return shipping!!!
